Ordering and Delivery Information

Place orders on Corso’s order forms. Please include all information including delivery week and any special requests. Contact our sales staff by phone, fax, mail, e-mail, trade show, or by requesting a visit from one of our sales people.

We recommend placing orders as soon as possible. Most orders are received by January 1. In past years we have sold out of some sizes by February 1, so please do not hesitate.

Confirmations are made within 2 to 3 weeks after receiving the order. No shipments before April 1st.

Availability

Starting mid-April through September, an availability schedule will be broadcast weekly by fax or e-mail. Call if you would like to receive one. Minimum order for delivery is 75 flats, this can be a combination of any of our items. Deliveries are made on our own trucks.

Akron; Cleveland; Columbus; Dayton; Detroit, Michigan; Fort Wayne, Indiana; Lima, Youngstown, and Toledo - 8% of order value.

Cincinatti; Buffalo, New York; Erie, Pennsylvania; Flint, Michigan; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Indianapolis, Indiana; Lansing, Michigan - 10% of order value.

Evansville, Indiana; Florence, Kentucky; Lexington, Kentucky; Louisville, Kentucky; Northern Michigan; Marietta, Ohio; Muskegon, Michigan; Saginaw, Michigan; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Wheeling, West Virginia - 12% of order value.

*Corsos reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge depending on the fuel price at the time of shipment.

Pick-Up Orders

Please call ahead for pick-up orders, pick-ups will be made on Fridays only.

Growers Choice Orders

Ordering GROWER'S CHOICE assortments will ensure you receive the best-looking plant material at the time of shipment. We will pull what is exceptional and ready to sell. Simply put the number of trays on the order forms under GROWER'S CHOICE and we will take care of the rest.

Terms

Unless credit has been established, all orders are C.O.D. Once credit is established, terms are Net 30. Overdue charge accounts are subject to 2% service charge per month (24% annually). All prices are F.O.B. Corso’s Perennials, Sandusky, Ohio. Delivery or shipping extra.

Credit

To establish credit, you must phone for a credit application. A customer’s credit history, length of time in business, and relationship with other suppliers is considered. Overdue balances will have credit limits reduced or loss of credit.

Claims

All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of plants. NO EXCEPTIONS.
